- Project summary relevant to Fellowship:
The interpretation and implementation of the concept of subsidiary protection in UK case law and policy, in particular how it relates to the EU Qualification Directive, the European Convention of Human Rights and international refugee law. The research being undertaken is part of an ongoing project on subsidiary protection of which an important part if a comparative study of how the concept is dealt with in the UK, Spain and Sweden.
