Company Law and Securities Law (Comparative Corporate Governance Code)
The objective of my research, which I intend to conduct at the IALS, is "Comparative Corporate Governance Code." In the recent years, I have continued carrying out research on the ‘Japan’s Corporate Governance Code’, one of the pillars of my research and last year compiled a joint study on the corporate governance codes of each country, focusing on the Asian region.
During my stay at the IALS, I intend on conducting research on the comparative corporate governance code, focusing on the comparative analysis of Japan and European countries, in particular, from the point of “sustainable growth of the company and improvement of long-term corporate value”.
