Has also lectured widely on leadership and legacy at business schools and corporations.

 

LEGISLATIVE & DRAFTING EXPERIENCE

- Directed negotiations leading to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Communiqués, Kigali 2022 and Apia 2024.

- Conference Secretary: Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings (2022, 2024); Commonwealth Ministerial Action Group (2020–2026); Commonwealth Foreign Ministers Meeting (2020–2026); Commonwealth Law and Attorneys General Meetings (2020–2026).

- Directed and supported peace negotiations and pre/post-election conflict resolution in Guyana (2020), Ghana (2020), Uganda (2021), Zambia (2021), Eswatini (2021), Sierra Leone (2023), Bangladesh (2024), Nigeria (2024), and Mozambique (2025).

- Co-drafter, UN Nairobi Declaration, redefining the governance structure of the United Nations Environment Programme.

- Co-drafter, Treaty Making and Ratification Act (Kenya, 2012).

- Co-drafter, Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Judiciary (Kenya).

- Advisor, National Values Committee, National Economic and Social Council, Office of the President (Kenya), on the drafting of the National Values of Kenya Bill.

- Advisor to the Commission on the Implementation of the Constitution on more than fourteen Acts of Parliament (Kenya).
