Recent books include the 2014 Hart monograph "Drafting Legislation: Art and Technology of Rules for Regulation"; the 2014 Routledge edited book "Enhancing Legislative Drafting in the Commonwealth: a Wealth of Innovation", and the 2013 5th Edition of Thornton's Legislative Drafting. Recent publications include articles published in The Theory and Practice of Legislation, the Statte Law Review, and the European Journal of Law Reform.
